We stand out by offering a complete and personalized treatment, specially customized for you as a unique person.
Our treatments are a combination of 3 types of massages: relaxing, therapeutic, and a touch of movement therapy (kinesitherapy).
In order to answer your questions about your health and your condition, we have a complete medical file, which is a prerequisite for any treatment. In addition to questions about your health, we provide you with a highlighter with an anatomical design to indicate exactly the areas of tension, your favorite zones to be massaged, and the pressure you like in these parts.
We will discuss exactly what you expect during the massage and which zones you would like us to concentrate on most of the time.
All of our massage therapists use an anatomical drawing during treatment to ensure that all your specifications are included.
Type of Massages
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Passive Stretching (kinesitherapy)
This type of massage allows a stretching of the fascia and a better blood circulation to and through it. The loosening of the fascia's grip on the muscular, neural and vascular structures results in an increase in the client's range of motion as well as a decrease in discomfort or pain.
Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Reflexology is an ancient therapy that focuses on healing in the body by activating different reflex points found in the hands and feet. Pressing on the different points in the hands and feet causes reflex responses in corresponding parts of the body, promoting healing.
