How quickly can I book a massage today?
You can request an emergency massage up to 3 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to assign a therapist quickly based on location and availability.
What if no therapist is available?
We’ll let you know right away. If we can’t serve your request due to therapist availability, time of day, or location, no charge will be applied.
Is the service covered by insurance receipts?
Yes! If your emergency session is delivered by a licensed massage therapist, you’ll receive an insurance receipt (as per usual). Make sure to request this during booking.
What is the extra fee for same-day appointments?
A flat same-day service fee is added to your base price. The total will be confirmed before booking. Weekend and evening surcharges may also apply.
What should I expect from an emergency massage?
You’ll receive a professional, in-home massage tailored to your needs — just like any Spa Mobile service. We bring the table, sheets, and products. You only need a quiet space and 60–90 minutes to unwind.
Can I choose my therapist?
For emergency bookings, we assign the first available qualified therapist in your area. Requests for specific team members can’t always be honored for same-day appointments.
