How It Works
- Start by booking a standard 60-minute appointment
- Add extra family members under “Extras”:
Ages 6–10: 30-minute child massage
Ages 1–5: 15-minute toddler massage
Ages 10+: Regular 60-minute massage - One therapist provides individual sessions one after the other
- For simultaneous/tandem sessions, book two appointments at the same time with two different therapists
- Each family member receives their own insurance receipt, regardless of age, as long as the massage is performed by a licensed therapist (RMT)

How do I book massages for multiple family members?
Start with one 60-minute appointment and add each person under “Extras.” You can include adults, children (6–10 years), and toddlers. All massages are done one after the other by the same therapist.
Can we do two massages at the same time?
Yes! For tandem sessions, you must book two separate appointments at the same time, each with a different therapist. This works well for one adult and one child, or two kids back-to-back.
Do we receive insurance receipts for children too?
Yes — every family member receives their own insurance receipt, no matter their age, as long as the massage is delivered by a licensed massage therapist (RMT). This includes toddler and child sessions.
How long are the massages for kids?
- Kids 6–10 years: 30-minute massage
- Toddlers 1–5 years: 15-minute gentle session
- Kids over 10 years: Full 60-minute massage
All treatments are age-appropriate and focused on comfort, calm, and relaxation.
Is it safe for kids and toddlers to get massages?

What space do we need for a family massage?
Just a quiet room with some open space for our table and therapist to work. If you’re booking tandem sessions, make sure there’s room for two tables or we can set up in different rooms.
